Taekwondo for Ages 4-5
Ages 4-5. A fun, age-appropriate introduction to martial arts that builds balance, focus and coordination while teaching kids to listen, follow directions and believe in themselves.
Your Child Will Practice

Listening - Learning to listen carefully and stay focused during class.
Balance - Practicing stable positions and controlled movements.
Coordination - Learning to coordinate hands, feet and body movements.

What Does a Little Eagle Class Look Like?
Little Eagle classes are designed specifically for young children. Each class combines basic Taekwondo movements with activities that help children practice listening, balance, coordination and following directions.
